| I have a mum in care overseas but spent several years prior to that caring & doing everything for both my parents who suffered with dementia & multiple sclerosis & required multiple medical appointments & assistance.

| I am a stay at home of two little girls and I have almost finished studying for my Certificate 3 in Individual Support. The modules I have completed are : 1. Follow safe practices for direct care work 2. Recognise healthy body systems 3. Provide support to people living with Dementia 4. Meet personal support needs 5. Facilitate the empowerment of older people 6. Provide Individualised support 7. Support Independence and well being 8. Support relationships with carers and families 9. Deliver care services using a palliative approach I would love to get back in to the workforce after staying home and raising my girls for 5 years. The reason I decided to do Individual Support is because I wanted a career that meant something. I want to make a difference and I want to help. I am 36 years old, very patient, caring and extremely organised.

| I’ve worked in the aged care industry Dementia ward, ive also done disability support work, I’m experienced with personal hygiene,( showering bowels treatment, cooking, cleaning, shopping with my clients) It’s my passion, I’m currently studying to become a pharmacist assistant

| I was a care taker for my mother in law and mother for 5 years until they passed away from emphysema and dementia. I completed Cert 111 in Individual Support.

| I have experience with Dementia care, very patient , love animals , cooking . Gardening . Assist with mobility and transfers. Full hoist and stand up hoist .
