I have cared for patients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson's Disease. I am well experienced in looking after post-surgery and stroke patients. | I have over 25 years experience since taking on sole-care giver role for my own mother with dementia in our family home for 13years, I saw how critical it can be for in-home care to provide an extension of quality of life for elderly people as well as their families. I am truly passionate that care in the home can stimulate and provide the best comforts and a quality of life to all, including their families. My passion and fundamental approach to aged care is to ensure that all people are treated specially. I find most elderly people seek companionship, physical and mental stimulation as well as the importance of socialising with friends and family and I make sure their interests are carried on to the best of their abilities and for as long as possible. I truly believe that care given in the home is far superior above other options and their quality of life is improved in familiar surroundings of their family home.
