| I am a compassionate and energetic carer who has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I previously worked in an aged care facility to which working in the dementia areas were one of my highlights. I am capable in handling difficult and challenging behaviours. I enjoy listening to care recipient's stories and also educating them in improving their health and maintain their independence. I utilise my nursing skills to better provide them with best care. I am experienced in handling family complaints and has enjoyed working together with the family to help the resident feel valued, loved and independent. I am an organised person as I used to study full time and work part time when I was studying my nursing degree.
