| Hello, I’m Jinal. I have completed certificate 3 in Individual support and also completed 3 weeks placement. During placement, I have worked with disable, dementia and aged residents. I have sound experience of manual handling, slide sheet, full hoist and standing hoist for mobility and transferring. I assisted residents for their ADLs.
