| My name is Francisca. I'm 19yo and I am from Chile. I am an reliable, respectful, easygoing person who always try to do the best. I am passionate about help people. When i finished school i was admitted in nursing school but i decided to came to Australia to obtain more independence, currently I'm enrolled in Individual Support (student). Since I have 15yo I do volunteer work for vulnerable kids and people in need (homeless) the work i used to do was cleaning, cooking, accompany, etc. Also I worked as a personal care assistant with a breast cancer patient (house chores, schedule medical appointments, accompany, help with mobility after chemotherapy sessions, etc)

| I have been an assistant in nursing for 7 years. Employed at nursing homes, privately and have worked with nursing agencies on call. I was employed at southern cross care nursing home for over 5 years. In that time I supported the Registered Nurses with each task. I became a team leader within the first year of being employed. I administered medication and conducted care consults for residents. I assisted with personal care and provided emotional support to each resident. The residents I cared for became very close to me and I made a difference in there life. Family members were grateful to have me care for their loved ones. I am passionate about caring for others and can assure you there is nobody better then myself. I have worked also with different nursing agencies and carried on that same care. I have worked privately 1:1 with a disability client. I'd also like to share that in my time working with southern cross i became close with a particular resident and I offered to take her to her grandsons wedding in my own time as her family weren't able to.

| I am studying Individual support and community service. I will get Certificate III Individual support at October 2024. I have good communication in English, knew duty of care, I have empathy, patience and multitasking. I have First Aid & CPR Certificate, 2 Vaccine Covid and influenza Vaccine. I have been Community Support Worker at Meditech since June 2024, and have did 120 Hours work placement at Clover Lea Nursing Home

| I had been working in the States for a years and a half taking good care of a handicapped lady. I bathe, dress her up, did her laundry for 3 hours during weekend as I was attending school. It has brought me happiness to help elderly woman. I had also traveled with her. I love working with elderly people cause they’re fun to be around them.
