Caring, compassionate and empathetic worker. Easily motivate others to achieve tasks.

I am currently a Physiotherapy student Orange studying Physiotherapy, however, live in Bathurst. I am best described as a kind-hearted, accomplished individual who has an enthusiastic and driven attitude.
I am passionate about the workforce and easily motivated to achieve goals set by others and myself. I am an efficient worker with the competence to manage time, solve problems and make decisions based on my surroundings. I have the ability to liaise and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds in both professional and community environments.
I have had previous experience, looking after two grandparents in their later years. This involved helping them with daily tasks such as helping them into and out of beds and personal tasks such as cleaning. My experience with studying physio has also allowed me to safely assist individuals with tasks such as sit to stand, walking, use of gait aids, etc and has taught me how to motivate people to get out of bed.
I have my own car, and full licence so am happy to drive clients around where necessary whether it be to the local shops or appointments. I understand the importance of being patient and calm around older people.
