I am hard working, enthusiastic, and dedicated nurse with over two years of experience in providing safe and quality care to the patients, and highly focused on ensuring that patients are comfortable and receive best possible care. I am exceptionally organized and have excellent time management skills. I am willing to learn and accept new challenges that come across my career. I wish to continue in a rewarding role striving to deliver high quality care.
My experience has helped me to gain the skills required for providing daily care to residents which included assisting in personal hygiene, meeting nutritional and elimination needs, lifting, mobilizing and transferring clients using manual handling techniques, providing pressure area care, dry dressing techniques, assessing vital signs, administering oral medications under supervision of RN, documentation in computer systems, light domestic households, meal preparation, etc.
