The job requires assisting with self care, mealtime management and community outings. Our daughter is non-verbal and has global development delay so she needs to be supervised at all times. With physical activities as her strength, running around, playing and dancing are her favorite things to do, as well as listening to music. Current goals are to continue learning to use her communication device, expanding her attention span and improve eating skills. She needs a fun, close companion to share experiences with and grow and learn. Someone who is patient and can keep up with her, take her on outings and spend time playing at home.
