Seeking occasional childcare help with 3 y.o. girl and 6 y.o. boy (ASD but still attends regular school)

James has had a rough few years with operations and such, and I was looking for someone to make sure he was ok while we are away for 2 weeks, he has a very strict diet and is nervous about looking after himself, he is level 1high functioning autistic.

A 12 year old girl with a gentle nature and curious personality. She has been diagnosed with autism with speech delay. And has a very compliant nature. She goes to Special School 5 days a week. She enjoys parks, riding , swimming, playing at the beach, riding her scooter, doing jigsaw puzzles, singing and most of all, love to be playing with her tablet. She also loves going out to eat. Some of her favorite foods and drinks are noodle soup (udon or ramen), ice cream, juice, ice tea and hot chocolate. The right candidate will possess: A warm and bubbly nature, patience and understanding when working with disabilities, engaging with the aim of assisting with their ongoing development, attention to detail, good common sense, and willing to become familiar with the communication Driver’s license with own personal vehicle Blue card holders and police check Qualifications and experience with disabilities would be highly desirable. Your responsibilities: Transportation; pickup from school and taking care of her after school activities Assist with after school routines – e.g. showering, preparing afternoon tea, laundry. Taking her favorite outings during the school holiday period Perform light housekeeping duties The ideal candidate will be available: Two to three afternoons a week during school terms from 2:30 - 5:30. Thursdays and Fridays are required; An additional shift can be given on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. The occasional Saturday from 10:30am-5pm

We have 3 children, the eldest is 7 and he has Cerebral Palsy. We have a 3 year old daughter and a year old son. Our 7 year old attends school 5 days per week until 12:30. He is dependent for all cares and is in a wheelchair, however, he loves everything any other 7 year old would like. Bike riding, swimming, music, the park, reading books etc. In the afternoon, we have 2 carers/nannies to look after the 3 children together. The right person for our family will be friendly, confident, initiative driven and be comfortable to work with our son with special needs.
