House keeper & help to bath and change a 3yr old.

I’m after someone to help maintain our house ie: cleaning of bathrooms and showers, vacuuming and mopping of floors, window washing, tidying of alfresco and porch when needed. And bath and change a three-year-old boy. I am home to look after him but have a disability and are currently in a wheelchair. So just needing help whilst my wife is at work. Our House is always kept clean and tidy I just need help to maintain some of the things listed as I can no longer do them, thank you
