We need someone to take the “mental load” of planning and managing the household, so that when we finish work we can be present with our kids. We need services such as planning, shopping for and preparing healthy meals, some laundry, bed changing, running errands, and guiding our young Au Pair by planning out her light domestic tasks and suitable childcare activities.
