We expect busy period will be the Easter School holidays Friday 7 April 2023 - Sunday 23 April 2023. What's required: remove used bedsheets and towels(provided in the house) wash used bedsheets and towels in the washing machine and let them dry put new clean bedsheets and towels (provided in the house) turn on dishwasher and put plates, glasses, etc into the kitchen drawers/cupboards vacuum and mop the floors in 2 bedrooms, living are and kitchen (laminate) wipe kitchen table and kitchen bench throw any rubbish or recycling into the bins outside Wipe bathrooms sink and clean toilet (2 bathrooms) Check and add more toilet paper, shampoo, coffee etc. I believe will be able to confirm AirBnB booking dates in late Mar - early April 2023. We'd like to meet you and chat before 29 Mar. Let us know if you'd be able to help. I know dates aren't confirmed yet, but it will be still very valuable to meet and talk about it, agree on time needed and price, and when the booking actually occurs we can re confirm if you are available.
