Hey! We have trouble with keeping on top of certain housekeeping tasks. We just need a hand with dishwashing, cleaning the shower, and realistically probably some light tidying - collecting up dishes and rubbish, taking bins out. I can do (and enjoy doing) the rest but I am drowning under mountains of dishes and garbage. Someone with some understanding of ADHD would be a nice bonus just to ease communication.
