Housekeeper needed for a large 4x2 in Seville Grove

We have a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 study and 1 entertainment room house.
We're looking for a housekeeper to help us with general cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, dust, windows, floor and once in a while cleaning off cobwebs, cleaning up doors, switches, lights, etc.
Must have own equipment and products. We have a cat in case of allergies, and 2 babies which can make some mess.
One off job however regular fortnight cleaning will be offered to the right person. Days and time are flexible as we work from home.

We are looking for a responsible person to help us with house cleaning. It would be great if you have some experience and references. We need help with all general house cleaning, laundry folding, and also including services such as window cleaning once a month and spot wall cleaning as required.
We need someone reliable and experienced with wood floors. Our home is a 4x2 plus games and theatre plus outside toilet.
Will need to be once a week on Friday mornings, 4 hours each day starting from 8.30/9am. After a few weeks, possible to change to Thursday mornings.
Paid in bank transfer every Friday after clean.
Prefer someone who speaks fluent English please to allow for best communication.
