What We Need B’s Two Weeks Away: During this time, we require more consistent help – a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours depending on the baby’s sleep patterns and my workload. B is Home: A minimum of 10 hours per week, with the likelihood of extra hours depending on B’s work schedule. (He works when he is back) We aim to establish a consistent schedule that you can rely on within a few months – there may be a short trial-and-error period initially. (We are new parents so bear with us!) Your Responsibilities Child Minding: Caring for our baby, who will be about 3 months old. Duties include: Feeding Simple activities Bathing Settling the baby for naps General Assistance: Light tidying and cleaning (we have a weekly cleaner, so this mainly involves keeping things organised and maintaining your own workspace). Washing and folding clothes. Assisting with basic food preparation. Checking and putting away grocery orders. Walking the dog. Other small errands as needed.
