We are looking for a nanny who would like to help us out with our baby girl, Adaline. Experience and references are a plus. I run a business with 8 staff members requiring work from home as well as being in my clinic and my husband runs his own building business. We really require a nanny to allow myself a minimum 4hours a week of some uninterrupted administration / meetings and or appointments. I would love at least one day for 4 hours but am flexible with the right nanny to do up to 8hours, however a sweetener for you, if on the second day I ask for 4 but only need you for 2hours, I will pay you for the 4, so it doesn't feel like a small amount particularly if you have to travel a distance to us. I have put Tuesday and Friday down however this is flexible and negotiable to work with our nanny too (but Tuesday or Friday being one day is very preferable) The duties will be general baby care, perhaps taking Adaline for a walk and when she is sleeping easy home care like sweeping etc. However, the main need is to mind Adaline (Addy) while I am getting time to other things.
