My husband and I are looking for a caring and fun babysitter for our little boy, Tommy, who’s turning 3 at the end of January. We recently moved up from Sydney, and while Tommy attends daycare a few days a week, we haven’t been able to find a spot for the other days yet. Tommy is a bright, curious, and very active little guy who loves to play, explore, and learn. We’re hoping to find someone who can keep him engaged and happy on Wednesdays (all day) until January 27 (excluding the public holidays), where he has a spot at daycare. If things work out well, we’d love for the same wonderful person to help out on Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward. We both work from home, but with lots of meetings, we’d need someone comfortable taking Tommy to the local park, letting him ride his bike or scooter, or having fun indoors with his toys. Babysitter Needed for 24th November – 3rd December We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter to help with our five children (ages 3, 4, 5, 13, and 14) while my husband and I are away. This is a short-term role from the 24th of November until the 3rd of December. Responsibilities: Evenings: Pick up the younger children (3, 4, and 5 years old) from daycare at 6:30 pm. Bring them home, provide a light snack, manage bath time, and get them to bed by 7:00-7:30 pm. No dinner preparation needed, as they will eat at daycare. Your shift will end once the younger children are asleep, and their grandfather will stay overnight with them. Mornings: Arrive at the house by 6:30 am to help the younger children get dressed and ready for school. Drop them off at school by 7:30 am (no breakfast prep needed, as it will be provided at school). Older Children: The 13 and 14-year-olds are quite independent and just need occasional reminders to get their school things ready the night before. Requirements: Experience with young children preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Punctual and dependable, with a caring and patient attitude.
