Nanny needed for One child on a rotating schedule (8-10 hours a week)

Our family is in urgent need of a nanny for our child. We need someone near South Windsor who is experienced, reliable and trustworthy.
You must have your own vehicle but I can provide a car seat.
I work a 4 day on/4 day off schedule with 2 12h night shifts and 2 12h day shifts, I need a nanny who can take my son to daycare and pick him up on my 2 day shifts (about 2 hours each day) and watch my son until my partner comes home on the two night shifts (2-3 hours a day), I will pick him up and take him to daycare before/after my shifts.
I would appreciate if you would be willing to do some light housework during the night shifts while I'm at work i.e. picking up toys, mopping vacuuming, dishes.

We need an Executive Nanny / Household Manager for our two school age children (11 and 13)
You will be managing the day to day running of the kids activities, school activities and extra-curricular activities after school.
We provide a good salary, car, tolls and petrol, and a phone allowance.
Housekeeping duties include keeping the house organized, clean and tidy, dry cleaning, kids' dinners and post office runs, or ad hoc duties as needed. Note: cleaners come once a week, and gardener twice a month. There is a part-time nanny to assist you when and where needed.
Feeding and care of the animals at the main property, including dogs (primary), chickens and horses (minimal). We live on 12 acres.
Hours are 12noon to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Working with or managing other part time Nannies to provide care for other key employees of the business (if needed) or as a back-up for babysitting in evenings or when you're sick or on leave.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
