She is very structured, goes by a schedule (most days anyway ;D ) with a heathy lunch packed by us, so all you need to do is feed her, offer her water, play with her and take her for some pram walks (if you want) around the neighbourhood. Hello! We are a warm and welcoming family of 6 people with 4 boys. Aged 16, 14, 8 and 7. The older two boys are very independent and look after themselves, but we are finding we need a bit of help managing the younger ones. My husband works 24/7 with his business and I am a part time registered nurse. I am about to open up my own cosmetic injectables business, so life will get a lot busier for me in the next few months. Although I am not 100% sure of my schedule yet, ideally we would love someone to help us out for a few hours in the mornings and afternoons during the school days, and the occasional evening. As our boys are a little bit older, we mainly need help with getting the boys organised, making sure their clothes are laid out for the next day, helping out with meals (occasional preparing/cooking of meals), helping out with homework and managing the household. No deep cleaning required, we have a cleaner that comes fortnightly. We need someone who is organised and can help keep our house running smoothly. Putting things away, tidying, some laundry, and limited ironing (kids school shirts) would also be required. We would require someone with experience in child care/nannying with a drivers license as we may need help with occasional school pick ups/sport etc. if needed. We are thinking around 20 to 24 hours a week, but we are flexible with hours so please don’t hesitate to let us know what your availabilities are. We are also hoping for someone that is available on occasion for overnight stays if something comes up and my husband and I need to be away for a night. We live in North Avoca and would like someone reasonably close. Overall, we would like someone warm, caring and responsible to fit into our family and offer a helping hand.
