Hi, our family are seeking a Nannie for our 1 year old daughter for two days a week between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The position will be for five months with an immediate start if possible. We also require the following; • Nanny experience, particularly with toddlers. • Valid First Aid and CPR certification. • Up-to-date Working With Children Check (or equivalent). • Police clearance. • Strong references from previous families. • Non-smoker. • Valid driver’s license Job Description: • Provide attentive, loving, and personalised care for 1 toddler. • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. • Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks appropriate for toddlers. • Organise and engage in age-appropriate activities (e.g., arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games). • Assist with toddler development milestones (e.g., potty training, language development). • Light housekeeping duties related to child care (e.g., tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals). • Manage daily routines, including nap schedules, feeding times, and outings. • Maintain open and honest communication with parents regarding the child’s progress and any concerns. • Administer basic first aid if needed and manage any medical emergencies.
