Seeking nanny/babysitter for ‘on call’ type service

Seeking nanny/babysitter for ‘on call’ type service to look after our toddler during birth of our 2nd child. Some care sessions would also be required for familiarity, 1 or 2 a week.
Mum will be 37weeks pregnant on the 13th of Feb so would be wanting ‘on call’ service from then for peace of mind.
Happy to pay on call fee as well as hourly rate. Ideally seeking someone with a flexible schedule who wouldn’t mind being potentially woken up to come over when we head to hospital. Will give as much notice as possible though when labour starts.
Toddler is 3.5 year old girl. Well behaved. Loves make believe games and singing/dancing.
Must have:
References. Blue card. First aid & CPR.
We have 1 small hypoallergenic dog who typically stays in the yard while we are out.
Depending on work schedule we may also be seeking a part time or casual nanny after the birth.
$72 - $933 Hr. / Week
