Nanny to pick up son (7) from part time school and pick up daughter (9) from school at 3pm

We are seeking a nanny to look after our son T (7) who is transitioning to school (he is currently attending the local school from 9am-12pm as he has autism) and pick up our daughter Z from the local school at 3pm (located 5 mins away from the house). Essentially you would pick him up at noon, then pick up Zoe at 3pm, look after them and prepare a basic dinner for Z and T if required (e,g. simple pasta meals, nuggets, noodles etc - very basic).
T has Autism but is intelligent and a good speaker. He is also a caring, loving child. Z is also lovely and caring.
We are separated and the children are living with their mother in Eight Mile Plains, where we would ask you spend your time with the children.
