Care would not begin until bub is 4 months old, starting at one day per week and moving to two days per week. Additional support may be required for drop off/pick up of our 3 year old girl (preschool) or 5 year old boy (school) to be negotiated/discussed. Ideally you should be experienced working with young babies and open to light house keeping (i.e. prepping dinner, washing and hanging out kids clothes).
