We are seeking a kind, patient and experienced nanny or babysitter for our 2.5yo daughter. We have regular work available for 1 or 2 days each week. There is some flexibility on days/times for the right candidate, but hours would be between 8am and 4pm. Our daughter is a cheeky, funny and determined little person. She loves to chat, ask questions and (like most 2 year olds) to do things herself! She will take a short nap on some days, but not all. She can be a little slow and hesitant in warming up to new people, so we are keen to find someone who has the experience and patience to support her as you get to know each other. She already attends daycare regularly, so she has some other familiar carers that she has bonded well with. She loves to play with blocks, play dough, magnetic tiles, her dollhouse, water play and drawing/colouring. She also loves to explore the garden outside or go to the playground. We are looking for someone patient, warm and kind, who is willing to take the time to help her feel safe and comfortable. Regular duties would include lots of play and activities to entertain her, changing nappies, basic food preparation for her meals and tidying up toys in her play area. We are hoping to find someone available on a casual basis on weekends or occasionally on weekdays. We are located in Maldon so own transport is required, and travel time may be negotiable in rates. Experience with babies and toddlers is essential please.
