I have a two year old girl called Audrey that I am looking for a regular nanny to build a relationship with her. I have recently just had a baby, Fern is 10 weeks old and this role may include looking after the baby further down the line so experience and confidence with both toddlers and babies is a must. We are located in Avoca beach and I am initially looking for someone for two afternoons a week from 2-5pm. I would also be open to discussing one full day however this would include light housework or food preparation while the girls slept. We loosely follow the Montessori at home however experience is not necessary, just an openness to learning what that may involve. The role would include entertaining Audrey through activities that either you have thought of or I can help arrange. She loves being outdoors, I would love someone to take her for walks, to the park, play on the trampoline and maybe even do some gardening with her. Other activities may include painting, baking, food preparation or reading books. We have one dog, four cats and will be getting two chickens very soon so the right person must love animals. I am looking for someone ongoing who is kind, gentle and understanding of little people and their big emotions. I do not want anyone who will punish or ignore her big feelings if they arise.
