We are looking for an amazing carer to help our family. We run a full-time business which takes Dad away often and Mum who has a full-time job, needs support with home/business management and child care. Our two boys have very busy minds and bodies and require someone who understands their needs. This special person needs to love helping little people reach their full potential and sees day to day challenges that occur, as a moment to guide and teach. It would be preferable that you have experience with nuerodiversity, or are studying in an area of Learning Support, Psychology, Behaviour Specialist or Primary Education. Being close in age our kids can get along really well some days, and then other days not at all; so you will need patience and the ability to help them safely navigate conflict resolution. The current role would include; school pick up, post-school tasks such as homework and prepping for following school day, home organisation, light housekeeping/meals (we have a weekly cleaner), potential errands for home or business management. There will be weekdays and some weekend support required with potential 2-3 overnight stays every quarter for conferences. Dates of which are well-known in advance. FUN FACT: We have a large Mastiff - friendly, inside/outside dog who is the boys protector and loves to run and play with them. She would require some basic care and cuddles on overnight stays.
