My wife has just started a new job that requires her to work full time for 1-2 month stretches, so we need to find extra care for our 4 year old daughter, R on Wednesdays (she goes to preschool on the other days). R is very social and confident so could fit in with an existing group of kids pretty easily. Otherwise she potters well and is fun to hang out with 1-on-1 (she is creative, loves music and wants to be a rockstar ;) ). We are working from home mostly these days so ideally R would be out of the house (as our place in Austi is pretty small), but should be able to work something out regardless. We are pretty flexible with the times, either the whole day (and potentially after preschool on some other days) or just a few hours in the middle of the day so my wife and I can stagger our workdays around it.

Wonderful nanny wanted 3 days per week - Monday-Wednesday. You'll be looking after our 18-month-old son - building a relationship with him, helping him explore, learn and most importantly play! Ideally, you'll be happy getting out and about with him to the library, playground, beach, playgroup. Preparing him yummy snacks and meals. Ensuring he has a good nap.
