Hello there, We are two families looking for a nanny to care for our two toddlers together (3 year old girl and a 2 year old boy) in a nanny-share style setup. We are hoping to find the right person that fits in with both families as we are planning to alternate care between homes. The person we are looking for is/has: - like minded (will not be getting vaccinated) - Clear communication skills with children and us as parents - loving, caring and calm presence - Experience with early childcare and even better if Steiner/Montessori styles are focused on - A love for life and working with children and families - Confident to potentially drive two toddlers to activities or walk to parks, creeks etc. - health focused/ natural health focused - Reliable, trustworthy and honest The details of what we need: - 2-3 days a week care (typical day would be 8:30am - 4pm. This can be adjusted to suit everyone best) - Light house cleaning - Lunch and snack preparation for kids - Your own car /license - Working with children check - First aid (we are happy to supply this if out of date or not yet obtained. Pay: We are prepared to pay $25-30 ph.
