Fun and warm Nanny or Buddy with neuro diverse care experience needed

by Lucy • Elwood
We are looking for a fun and energetic Nanny to help care for our 8 y/o boy and 2 y/o girl and we live in Elwood. We had the same nanny for 6 years until mid last year when she finished university and got a professional job. We have muddled our way through since then and now we need some help :) Our boy is neuro diverse and a total darling. He is at the local school and we are looking for a buddy to help get him to school a few mornings a week, some driving to activities and an after school pick up. Supporting my husband and I to keep the house going (meal prep, washing, shopping etc) would also be so appreciated. This arrangement will likely start at 8 hours a week during the term with likelihood to increase particularly in weeks where I travel for work. Always looking for help on holidays too! We would like another long term relationship with our new Nanny and for them to be part of the family. The ideal candidate lives closeby as punctuality is key. If this role is of interest to you, please provide references and specific information on your special needs experience. This role would be $35/h. Look forward to hearing from you.
