We are looking for someone to "join" our family and help us with our transition from 2 to 3 children. We have a 1 year old girl, 4 year old boy and are expecting a new arrival end of May. We would like someone to begin working with our family (start date flexible, work available as early as February) to get to know the children. We need help with bedtime and on the weekends as my husband is working and a full-time student and often gone a lot of the weekend. We are hoping to have your help to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are very easy-going, fun, and transparent and are eager to establish a healthy relationship with the next person we bring into our home. We are hoping for someone who is confident, a self-starter, outgoing, creative, and kind with great communication. Great spoken English is important, as well as understanding/ flexibility as our schedule/ needs may shift as we welcome the new addition. We will need help with the kids (playing and bedtime assistance) and light housework (dishes, putting toys away, laundry). The children are very outgoing, joyful and easy to entertain. We have a separate room and bathroom available, so there is possibility for partial trade for accommodations. We are eager to meet you and welcome you into our family.
