We are a busy working family with two boys aged 12 and 6 looking for someone for a hybrid role of nannying / house help. It will mostly be caring for my 6-year-old as the 12-year-old is fairly independent. Our ideal person would be someone who can take initiative and not just work from a list but can identify things that need doing and how to handle situations that arise. More than a babysitter, I basically want you to be 'me' when I am not here! The hours are generally a split of morning and afternoon shifts (total 5-6 hours each day) over 3-4 days a week, but I can be somewhat flexible for the right person. Additional hours would also be available over school holidays if desired. The role would be perfect for someone studying or with a second job. Duties include: - General house organising / tidying, laundry, unpacking dishwasher etc. We have a cleaner so no 'heavy cleaning' will be required - Meal prep using HelloFresh, packing kids lunches, unpacking groceries etc - Transporting kids to outside school activities (twice weekly) - Walking kids to bus stop in the morning and collecting in afternoon - Assisting 6 year old with homework (sight words) - General household management - Occasional errands (such as click and collect etc) Experience with spectrum disorders (SPD, ADHD etc) would be highly advantageous!
