Looking for an Arabic speaking carer for our 2 children, aged 3(girl) and 1 (boy). We want someone to speak and play with our children in Arabic to help develop their language skills, to ensure that they can speak with their grandparents. This would be regular commitment on a Friday or Saturday morning. Parents will be at home, but will be running erands or working (dependent on day). Kedron location.

We have 2 boys, ages 9 and 12. We are looking for a carer to help our family on an ongoing basis for approximately 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (Mon - Fri), split over the morning (e.g. approx 1.5hrs from around 7.45am-9.15am) and afternoon (e.g. approx 2.5 hrs from around 2.45pm-5.15pm). We are needing a carer to be able to do the morning routine with the boys and get them off to school, as well as pick them up in the afternoon (with own transport), and supervise afternoon routines, which may also include taking them to after school activities (with own transport) on some days. We are needing someone that is also able to do some housework (loads of washing, folding, stack the dishwasher, wipe benches etc) and be able to help with some meal prep. The boys like to help with cooking sometimes, but require help and supervision. We expect to have a pet dog in late 2021/early 2022. We are looking for someone who can provide ongoing, consistent care - if you only have availability for the morning shift or afternoon shift, we'd be happy to discuss if this could work for both of us. You need to be able to have fun and be engaging with the boys, but at the same time be able to be firm, fair and be able to discipline the boys in a positive way when their behaviour requires it.
