Hello, my name is Maddy I am a Hamilton local who is looking to hire a babysitter/nanny as we have unfortunately missed out on a spot in day care this year. This would be 2-3 days on an ongoing basis, with flexibility on the days worked. It would be to care for our 1.5 year son who is a happy and calm little boy who loves all things books, duplo, and cars. We are flexible on the weekdays worked, and pay is negotiable on experience. The nanny/babysitter would perform the following duties: - Provide loving and attentive care for our 1.5 year old boy to ensure he is safe, happy and engaged. - Engage in fun and education activities to encourage our son's development. He loves reading books, playing with duplo, feeding animals on our property (horse, sheep, and chickens) and going for walks in his pram. - Heating up and feeding meals to our son (we will have snacks and meals prepared for you to give him) What we offer: - Generous salary, negotiated on your experience - Flexibility for the 2-3 days you are wanting to work. The hours of work are negotiable but would ideally be for: 9:00am-5:00pm. - Access to a car to take our son on outings if required What we are looking for: - Attributes: warm, approachable and trustworthy. - A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families. Certifications: VIC Working With Children's Check and National Police Check. Child CPR/First is preferred. - Experience: Prior experience in childcare or nannying is preferred This position does not require any housework or cooking to be completed. All resources, toys, and meals for our son will also be provided.
