Hi there, We're looking for some extra hands to play with our son O (1y.o.) and daughter P (turns 3 in mid-October). My husband and I are both working full time (I do a portion from home) and having trouble getting all the cleaning, meal prep and career stuff done with the two energetic little ones wanting to play! We're really keen to meet their needs but don't have any family support in Newcastle so need a bit of extra help with life at the moment. Most of the time that you are babysitting we may be at home (but run out to do errands etc. at times). O goes to bed around 5:30pm - 6pm so assistance with dinner/bath and bedtime would be ideal. You will not be expected to do cooking or housework! (We're looking for help so we can do that!) P goes to bed at 7pm and prefers Mum to put her to bed, so we won't be asking for that. Duties include: -Playing with P and O including trips in the pram to the park. -Assistance with eating meals (but not cooking) -Reading and craft. -Some screen time is ok. -May be times when we go out to do an errand or meet someone so you will be alone with the kids at times. -Assistance with picking up and packing away after playtime is appreciated but housekeeping is not expected. -If you have a kid friendly dog or your own toddler we'd be fine with them coming to play. -Hours will likely be 3-6pm Tuesday and Wednesday. Saturday 2-6pm. -We're moving to Brisbane in December so this gig is available now and will continue till then. -Hours are flexible and negotiable. -Get in touch if this would suit you!
