The right nanny will become a trusted part of their family, bringing a calm and confident presence to their day-to-day lives. Looking for someone to care for 3 children from 10am-3pm every Thursday. The ideal caregiver for this role is a mature, experienced, and nurturing nanny who is 30 years or older and confident in caring for three young children. They should be assertive yet compassionate, ensuring routines and boundaries are maintained while creating a fun and engaging environment. Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to balance structure with play. The ideal candidate will have a calm and capable demeanor, a strong understanding of child development, and the flexibility to adapt to family needs. They must hold a Paid Blue Card, First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012), CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and have a reliable car. Most importantly, they should be passionate about providing a safe, loving, and structured space where children can thrive.
