Wanting to find a semi-regular baby sitter (18mth-old)

We are looking for a babysitter who is kind, caring and reliable. Someone pet-friendly would be preferable as we have two small dogs (Dachshund + Cavalier Cross) who live in the home, both have very loving temperaments and enjoy pats and cuddles.
We would like to have the same person care for our little one (18mth-old) on a semi-regular basis (i.e. date nights) as familiarity is important.
References, Checks and First Aid are mandatory requirements.
