I’m looking for assistance to drop off an 8 year old ADHD / Autism child to school (special program on that day). He would need to be minded at home from 6:30am, then dropped to school at 9 to his special two day per week program in Tennyson.
I also have a 4 month old baby. From time to time I may have the baby stay with you also at home, and drop her to daycare before proceeding on with my son to school. I would look to drop the baby to daycare myself, however if she was having a sleep in I may ask she be dropped off later with you.
My main desire is the right fit of someone who can understand and work with special needs kids. He is very capable and kind, however can deregulate if upset and I would need someone patient and able to stay calm and be understanding without taking a meltdown personally.
