I took care of special people with ADHD, Autism and Down syndrome for a year now. Special people has a special place in my heart because a I have cousins who are special too. I always prepared their foods, assisted in activities in daily living, gave them medicine and personal care.

I have worked at a public charter school for 11 yrs with ages kindergarten through 6th grade. We're a full inclusion school. Some of our kids have Down syndrome, diabetes, adhd, autism of all different levels. I also worked with special needs adults.

My previous and current job require caregiving for special needs adults and elderly. I have work with about 6 clients with special needs ranging from being on the spectrum to Down syndrome and so on. All clients ages ranging from 2 years of age to 45 years of age.
