Kate is an absolute gem. She started working with us whenever our twins were 9 months old and within a year and a half has become part of our family and looks after our children with the utmost care and attention. Kate's best qualities in my opinion are: dependable, kind, helpful, flexible, loving, fun, honest and attentive. She listens closely to direction and provides a pattern for the children that was similar to our style. She was extremely punctual and her flexibility was a tremendous asset to our somewhat hectic schedule. I am searching for a new nanny as we are moving abroad and can only hope to find someone half as good as Kate. I have nothing but glowing remarks to give this special person who has become a second mother to my three children.
