I incorporate crafts and arts into daily activities and make sure the kids get plenty of outdoor play. I'm educated, and among other things, I have undertaken pedagogy and child psychology courses. I posses special talent/patience in engaging children in various activities, games or physical challenges. I'm inclined to always teach something. I'm caring about the benefit of the child through empathy and supervisory skills. I have physical stamina and resilience to stress to work with demanding children with with OCD or at autistic spectrum.
