Hi! I am Marta, I am a 34 year old entomologist with a PhD in ecology from Copenhagen University. I am currently taking time off from regular work in order to learn Danish since I have decided to stay here for a while :) I speak fluent English, and my mother tongs are Spanish and Catalan. My Danish is still at a beginner level unfortunately. I've spent many hours babysitting my nieces (they are 3 years and 3 months old) and my friends kids (toddlers). I love to enter in the inner world of toddlers and children and love the warmth of taking care of small babies. I'm very patient and I accompany toddlers during their 'frustration' moments. I can pick them up, play with them, give them lunch/dinner, put them to bed... If older, I can definitely help with their homework. And I have mastered the art of changing diapers :) In my free time I do yoga and go bouldering. At home I love watching documentaries, I usually read before bed time, and I love those sweet chai lattes you can get at coffe shops. Looking forward to hear from you.
