Come create your own beautiful collage art piece. Your piece can be finished in a variety of ways and Sandi will share a few examples for inspiration.

Supplies you will need to bring to class:
-1/2 yd of background fabric
-virgin fabric (Robert Kaufman fabrics) (We will have some for sale as well)
-variety of floral fabrics for fussy cutting
-1/4 yd of green fabric(for leaves)
-butterflies &/or bird motif fabric to fussy cut
-Elmer’s washable glue
-1/2 heat & bond( or preferred )
-scissors(fabric cutting & small sharp ones for fussy cutting)

*Please note: you will most likely will not complete art piece during the workshop. However, I will demo raw edge appliqué

Cancellation Policy : 24 hour notice for rescheduling. No-shows and cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Students may make up missed classes within a month of the missed class. Rescheduling should be done via email.

Instructor Sandra De Roza the Quilt Artist behind Roger Lane Studios. A lifelong artist, Sandi learned to enjoy sewing at a very young age with her beloved mother, whose creative hands were never still. She revels in the rich medium of fabric , from the vast array of bold hues and patterns to the interplay of textures & stitches-translating its story into beautiful art.
