*The program being held at this location is for All Saints Catholic School Students only. Anyone who is not a current student will be denied enrollment.
*We aim to maintain a 1:14 staff to participant ratio, ideally with 2 staff members at each site, but cannot guarantee such.
*Food is not provided. Lunchtime supervision for participants staying all day or between Rec Academy sponsored programs is provided.
*In case of inclement weather, we will take shelter inside while adapting our programs to keep them engaging and as active as possible. We will follow the All-Saints school's standard emergency procedures as best we can.
*More instructions about drop off and pickup will be emailed to all those registered exactly 10 days prior to the designated start date of the session. If you register after this date or do not receive an email, please be sure to reach out to us at support@therecreationacademy.com. Don't forget to include your program name, session start date, participant(s) names and location in your email.
