[Important Notes]

*This program will have one staff member attached to it and will not exceed a 1:12 ratio. Other staff will be on site facilitating Extreme Sports & Games Camp as long as it has also met its minimum number of participants.

*Food is not provided. Lunchtime supervision for participants staying all day or between Rec Academy sponsored programs is provided.

*In case of inclement weather, we will take shelter under the pavilion or, if necessary, in the community center. If it's going to rain all day, we will request access to the multi-purpose room or other facilities at the Kirkwood Community Center. Please keep in mind that in the rare instance that these facilities are already in use we may have to cancel the day's session and issue everyone a prorated refund.
