About
This fun-filled session will introduce young artists to four exciting art mediums, where they'll explore and experiment with different ways to create! Each project takes two class periods, giving students time to dive deeper into their work and really develop their skills. Along the way, they'll learn essential art terminology, learn and build on different techniques, and even discover a bit of art history to inspire their creativity.
As students work with different materials, they'll enhance their hand-eye coordination, build problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in their ability to express themselves through art. With our small 6:1 student-to-teacher ratio, each child gets plenty of individual attention to help them grow and succeed.
Throughout the school year, each new session brings fresh projects that build on what they’ve already learned, offering a continuous journey of artistic exploration. By the end of the session, your child will have not only a collection of unique artwork but a stronger foundation in creativity and a real love for making art!
*Please do not send your artist to class if they have any cold/flu symptoms (exhibiting, but not limited to cough, sore throat, fever (temp of 100.4 +), shortness of breath, vomiting and/or diarrhea, or chills). Students who arrive or become ill at the studio will be sent home as soon as possible and will be isolated until pick-up.
*Students are allowed one make-up class per session, please contact info@rebelartschool.com to schedule. A make-up class must be scheduled and completed before the end of the session, make-ups will not be carried into new session.
*We require that parents/caretakers remain outside of the studio. Please feel free to accompany your artist to check-in/check-out (and peek your head into see the space), but please be sure to provide distance between other parents/caretakers. We know that many of our younger artists may be a bit anxious at first, and in those circumstances we welcome you to come into the entry way to check in with them, but we do not permit adults other than staff into the actual studio rooms.
