PARTY ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Remaining balance must be paid upon check in

All party packages include(s):
● Birthday child and parents are included in the birthday package count.
● Our set up only includes tablecloths, utensils, napkins and drinks, which are provided
○ Let us know if you will bring your own tablecloth, utensils, napkins or plates.
● A host (one of the team member/s) will set up, service and clean up your room; they can also help pass out food/drinks for the children and cut the cake.
● Additional set up, including decorations, will be the responsibility of the parents.

Party:
● Deposits will be non-refundable 3 weeks prior to your party date.
● Party date/time can only be rescheduled ONCE via email request at least 3 weeks prior to your party.
● ANY CHANGES to the party MUST be done 3 weeks prior to your party
● If you need to reschedule your party more than once you will lose your deposit.
○ The rescheduling fee applies $50 for small, $75 for medium & $100 large for any reason.
● BILL MUST BE PAID UPON CHECK-IN.
○ 20% gratuity will be added to all parties for your host(s), set up clean up and service.

Room:
● We are not responsible for lost or stolen gifts.
● There will be a charge for damaged walls. Tape is allowed to hang decorations (NO Wall-Damaging materials)
● Outside entertainment is allowed, but must be pre-approved by management.
● A $50 charge will be applied if excess cleaning is needed for your party.
● Must bring your own materials for decorations like tape, scissors, etc

Food and Drinks:
● Outside food is permitted with no charge.
● Storing cakes, food ahead of time is not permitted due to space limitations.
● We do NOT have a freezer to store ice cream cakes.
● We will email you 1 week prior to your party to confirm headcount and drinks order.
● NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED including water. All drinks must be purchased at KidTopia.
○ Any type of alcoholic beverages is PROHIBITED at all times.

Items Permitted:
● Birthday candles, lighters, cake cutter, serving plates and utensils
● Balloons (and equipment)
● Children High Chair
● Food warmer, Microwave, Party Speakers, Microwave

Items NOT Permitted:
● Balloons with confetti, Piñata, Silly Strings, thumb tacks/pins, Confetti’s, Bubble Machines

Socks are REQUIRED to play on the play structures! Your own socks are acceptable, or we have some available for
purchase; $3 per pair

Waiver Form is REQUIRED for children BEFORE playing on the play structures.

Health Acknowledgement:

By entering KidTopia, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party are not:

* Experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

* In contact with or have been in contact with, someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine

* Under any self-quarantine orders

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter KidTopia. If at any point during their visit, a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and everyone in their party will be asked to leave the property.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while at KidTopia.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
