About
This class introduces various techniques of flexibility training as well as techniques that are especially designed to improve your range of movement including stretching, strength, mobility and flexibility.
Prerequisite: One year of ballet or jazz technique or instructor approval.
Sweats / dance "junk" is acceptable for this class. Socks are appropriate.
