This beginner-friendly, all-levels class is the perfect chance to build strength, improve flexibility, and learn tumbling skills in a supportive environment.
Whether you're chasing your tumbling goals or just want a new way to work out without realizing you're working out, we've got you covered!
Open to ages 18 and up. Come flip with us and have some fun!
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in & bring a water bottle. We will be removing socks and shoes before practice begins.
