About

Flipnastics is the perfect class for young athletes, whether they're just starting out or already at an intermediate gymnastics level! Our program is designed for kids ages 7-10, with class groups tailored to their individual skills to ensure a fun, safe, and engaging experience.

At Flipnastics, your child will develop strength, flexibility, and confidence through structured skill progressions and focused drills. Our experienced coaches guide athletes through a variety of exciting activities designed to take their skills to the next level!

Athletes will work on:
Strength & Flexibility: Building a solid foundation for gymnastics success
Gymnastics Body Positions: Mastering proper form for each skill
Tumbl Trak: Jumps, combinations, tumbling, and perfecting landings
Vault: Learning running techniques, springboard jumps, and vaulting form
Floor: Progressing through cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers, bridge kickovers, handstands, and leaps
Bars: Developing grip strength, pullovers, chin holds, glides, casts, and back hip circles
Beam: Practicing balance with cartwheels, rolls, handstands, turns, and dismounts
Ropes & Rings: Building upper body strength with climbing, tuck and L-holds, and grip exercises
And so much more! Your child will be challenged in a supportive environment where safety is our priority, and the fun never stops.

Make Up Policy
Email registration@flipoutproductions.com to schedule your make up class
We allow 1 make up class per session. Make up classes MUST be completed before the last day of the session - they do not carry over to the next session.
Make up classes are non-transferable, and non-refundable

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed classes.
Email to schedule a make up class or reschedule your session to a different day and time. Rescheduling is based upon class availability and not guaranteed.

Dresscode:
Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top
Long hair must be pulled back before class
Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name
Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins
Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights

Covid-19 Shutdown Updates
In an event of a shutdown - classes will go virtual on Zoom
Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable
No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
