The Back Tuck and Up Intensive will drill and condition athletes to complete the back tuck, back layout or back full. Athletes will work techniques to increase power, speed and rotation. This intensive is great for athletes looking to obtain or improve back tumbling skills beyond the back handspring.

*Requirements: Athletes MUST have Round Off Back Handspring Series (minimum of two back handsprings) with Rebound. Athletes will be coached according to technique performance. Athletes must be age 7+.

Meet Coach Callie:
Hi Everyone! I am so excited to be joining Flip Out Productions this year. Over the past decade, I have studied gymnastics and cheerleading to develop my craft as a tumbling coach. Prior to becoming a coach, I competed along side the top names in the industry and represented Rockstar Cheer in The Cheerleading Worlds Championships. Since competing, I have gone on to work with top programs including Cheer Athletics and Cheer Extreme. I have attended and lead coaching conferences throughout the country, created class curriculums and organized elite programs throughout our industry. I am experienced in all levels of cheerleading and tumbling, as well as levels 1-7 in elite track gymnastics. I can’t wait to meet all the new faces of Flip Out and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with your amazing young athletes.
